Refund/Cancellation Policy

The Mediation Tribunal Association, Inc. (MTA) reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an event (case evaluation, etc.), refuse or deny any document uploads, or refuse or deny any activity which generates fees at any time for reasons that violate MTA’s policies or any other reason.

Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event or cancellation of activity, MTA has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer of any fees received to the same event or activity at the new, future date.

Fee cancellation requests received within 5 days of payment may be eligible to receive a full refund less a $10 service fee.
Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. All refund requests must be made by the organization’s primary contact or credit card holder.
Refund requests must include the name of the organization, card holder, and/or transaction number.
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. Alternate arrangements may be denied.
